Skippers
Chris qualified as a Yachtsmaster under sail and power at the age of 18 and for the past ten years has been working in the marine industry. Upon completion of his course he worked within a south west harbour authority before attaining his first position on a superyacht as Bosun. After leaving his first yacht he quickly attained a promotion to become releif skipper of Zaca a te Moana, a 150ft Gaff rigged yacht.
Since then he has worked on a number of boats and run a rib charter business, and also undertaken two trans atlantic deliveries, firstly of a 95ft monohull and secondly as first mate on a 65ft catermeran.

Chris is also a helm on the Dart lifeboat and as such has gained much experience through the training from the RNLI.
